  • A clear glass

  • 6 cups of water

  • 1 cup dish soap

  • 2 tablespoon corn syrup

  • Pipette

  • Food Coloring

Directions:

  • Combine water, dish soap, and corn syrup in a clear glass and stir well

  • Pour a quarter of the solution into a second glass

  • Add food coloring to the second solution

  • Draw colored water solution into pipette

  • Hover pipette over the surface of the clear solution and expel the water quickly

  • Watch anti-bubbles form!

Things to Try:

  • If the anti-bubbles are rising to the surface too quickly, add more corn syrup to the clear solution and stir. Corn syrup will make the solution denser, allowing the anti-bubbles to hover suspended for longer!
